• Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or MBCT is an 8 week course that combines a training in Mindfulness and a Cognitive Behavioural understanding of Depression. I have been trained by the University of Exeter to deliver this course to small groups. I have also found it helpful to deliver an adapted version of the course on an individuals basis over 10 weeks. If you have suffered from depression for many years then it is possible that this course might interest you. It does require a significant commitment from you  at least 30 minutes a day of mindfulness practice.


  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction or MBSR is an 8 week mindfulness course that has been designed to work more generally with stress.  I have also adapted this course for individuals over a 10 week time scale. This course also requires a minimum of 30 minutes a day to use the mindfulness practices at home.
